Delete it in the app (immediately)

1. Open Katre and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Your community profile.
3. At the bottom, tap Leave the rankings and delete my data.
4. Confirm with Leave and delete.

Send an email to fourtypolesstudio@gmail.com with the subject “Katre account deletion” and your nickname (and the Google account email, if you connected Google). We delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (anonymous ID and, if connected, the link to your Google account)
• Your community profile: nickname, profile picture, chosen place
• All your entries in the rankings and the records kept to keep them fair
• The backup of your dhikr counts kept with your Google account

This is permanent and happens at once on our servers.

What is kept

• The combined totals of countries, provinces and districts (sums that are not linked to you).
• Anonymous usage counts and crash reports, which are not linked to your account: kept up to 14 months (usage counts) and 90 days (crash reports), then deleted automatically.
• Your dhikr counts on your own phone stay until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
